Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchange Process
